How it works technically
The AdBlue (SCR) system injects a reagent into the exhaust to neutralize nitrogen oxides. A software delete changes the ECU's logic so the car no longer asks for reagent refills or drops into limp mode when it runs out. Nothing is physically removed or cut - the tank, pump and lines stay exactly where they are.

If the goal isn't to delete AdBlue but to restore it, that's a different scenario with a different price: replacing the tank with pump and heater runs €700-1,200, and a NOx sensor on its own is €350-550 per unit. It's often cheaper and faster to solve it in software than to replace physical components one by one.
